Online bookings are confirmed instantly and include an emailed e-ticket voucher you can present from your phone.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance during peak season (March–May and September–November). Same-day bookings are subject to availability and can be made by phone when seats remain.
After booking online, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket voucher. You can present the voucher directly from your phone at the tour departure point. No printing required. The voucher includes your tour date, time, departure location, and a QR code for quick check-in.
If you don’t see the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or call (912) 964-8989. Lost vouchers can be re-sent at any time.
Gray Line Savannah tours can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to reschedule you onto another tour. To cancel or reschedule, call (912) 964-8989 or reply to your confirmation email.
Tours cancelled by Gray Line Savannah due to weather, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no charge.
Yes, Gray Line Savannah gift cards can be purchased online in any denomination and are valid for any of our tours, including the Land & Sea Combo, Explore Savannah, Wormsloe & Bonaventure, and Tybee Island Dolphin tours. Gift cards are delivered instantly by email and never expire.

Gray Line Savannah tours depart from designated tour bus stops in Savannah’s Historic District, with the main departure point at the Savannah Visitor Information Center at 301 MLK Jr. Boulevard. Gray Line Savannah offers complimentary pick-up from most Historic District hotels and B&Bs, as well as designated Savannah Trolley stop. Pick-ups begin approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. To arrange a pick-up, call (912) 964-8989 at least one hour before departure.

When you book most Gray Line Savannah tours, you receive complimentary 2-day Unlimited Shuttle Service. The shuttle runs every day from 9:30 AM to 4:45 PM and is available on the day of your tour and the day after. You can hop on and off at any City of Savannah designated tour bus stop. The shuttle service is the easiest way to explore Savannah’s Historic District without driving or parking. Use it to reach restaurants, shops, and attractions like Forsyth Park, City Market, and River Street.

Gray Line Savannah offers wheelchair-accessible trolleys on most tours with advance notice. Please call (912) 964-8989 at least 48 hours before your tour to arrange accessible boarding so we can dispatch the appropriate vehicle. Folding wheelchairs and walkers can be stored on board at no extra charge.
Some tour stops, such as the boat dock for the Land & Sea Combo and certain locations within Bonaventure Cemetery, have uneven terrain. Our team is happy to discuss specific accessibility questions before you book.
Children of all ages are welcome on Gray Line Savannah tours. Children ages 4 and under ride free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children ages 5–12 require a child-rate ticket, and ages 13 and up are charged the adult rate. Strollers can be folded and stored on board.
Our Explore Savannah and Land & Sea Combo tours are especially family-friendly. For tours that include extended walking (such as Wormsloe & Bonaventure), we recommend confirming pace and stops with our team at (912) 964-8989.
Service animals are always welcome on Gray Line Savannah tours. Our Explore Savannah Trolley Tour is pet friendly. Other pets are not permitted on our Paranormal Museum Tour and the Land and Sea Tour. If you’re traveling with a service animal, please let our team know at booking so we can accommodate seating.

For a Gray Line Savannah trolley tour, we recommend comfortable walking shoes, a refillable water bottle, sunglasses, and a light jacket or layer. For tours that include outdoor stops like Wormsloe or Bonaventure, sunscreen and a hat are also helpful. Cameras are encouraged.
For the Tybee Island Dolphin Tour and Land & Sea Combo, also bring a windbreaker or light jacket for the boat portion as it’s typically 5–10 degrees cooler on the water.
Gray Line Savannah trolley tours operate rain or shine. Our trolleys are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so weather doesn’t affect the experience. For water-based tours like the Tybee Island Dolphin Tour and the Land & Sea Combo, severe weather may require cancellation or rescheduling. We’ll notify you by phone or email if a tour is affected and offer a full refund or reschedule.
Light rain rarely impacts boat tours, but lightning, high winds, or small craft advisories will. Our captains make the final call based on safety.
